UvA Premaster in Business

The Universiteit van Amsterdam, or UvA, is the flagship university in Amsterdam. The UvA has seven tracks within its MSc in Business Administration. All these tracks require a GMAT score, and, though a 600 score is desirable, there is no fixed minimum. Note that uniquely in the Netherlands, the UvA requires applicants to report scores from all 4 sections of the GMAT exam.

DURATION & DEADLINES

The admissions deadline for a PreMaster application is from February 1st to June 1st. The PreMaster at the UvA starts in September, and can be completed in less than 6 months of full-time study. Successful students can then continue immediately to one of the two Masters tracks that start in February. The UvA offers other Masters tracks, but unfortunately these start-up only the next September.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

To gain admission to the PreMaster program at the UvA, candidates must have a Bachelor degree from an accredited Dutch university, and a recommended GMAT score of 600. Note that this program is available only for Dutch university graduates, and that there are two tracks in the PreMaster program, depending on your prior coursework. The precise requirements may be examined here.
