THE DOJO DIFFERENCE
Whether you're considering tutoring or coursework or self-study, you should at least know the layout of the land, as we see it. There is no one-size-fits-all option. The right choices depend on your situation, and especially on the gap you want to bridge: the difference between your target score and your diagnostic result today (register here).
TRAINING FOR AN ADAPTIVE TEST
We have separate tracks for the 700 and 800 levels. Because when you train for an adaptive test, it's not efficient to review topics too far below your level, or to master topics too far above it. We know the topics necessary to reach the 700 and 800 score categories, and we've designed them into two different classroom experiences. That means your class discusses only the topics required to reach your target score. It also means that your fellow students are starting-out at your level, thus making their questions relevant for you. With so much time to polish, you can be sure to exit with all the skills you need to hit the score you have in mind.
RETURN ON INVESTMENT
We also offer separate tracks for Quant and Verbal. For example, the Quant 700 course covers the topics necessary to reach a 50th percentile score on the quantitative section of the test. If you have already passed the median quant score, than consider either the 800-level quant course, or else the 800-level verbal course. There are many roads to any given target score. With 4 tracks available, you can design the optimal study plan for your situation.
